ViewSonic Announce V3D245 24-inch 3D Vision LED Monitor

Motorola is building up on their Droid army. After recently unveiling the Droid RAZR across the globe, images and specifications of Motorola’s next handset have been leaked online through Droid Life. This time around it does not come in the form of blurry cam images, but rather official shots of the smartphone.

This handset is likely to the Motorola Razr but is built with a 4-inch qHD touchscreen display with Gorilla Glass protection having a display resolution of qHD 540 x 960 pixels and has a slide out keyboard. The layout of the keyboard appears to be really good with the keys appearing to be well spaced. From the image, we can see that there is a white backlight that glows between the spaces of the keys.

Recently we had a unit of the beastly SilverStone FT02 ATX Tower Case passing by our way and we’re so impressed with this piece of mean machine that we decided that it won’t go unnoticed in techBLOG.

No, we are not paid to blog about this product, we just thought that it deserves every right to be a techBLOG highlight.

This limited edition is a red colour variant of the standard FT02 that comes in both silver and black brush metal finishing. It was being removed from its box for QC inspection before it en-routes to a techSTORE customer outside Malaysia.

The FT02 created lots of “ooos” and “aaas” and we knew we had to take a few photoshots of this beauty before it finally leaves our premises for good. Virtualisation has drawn many changes to the way servers, back room applications and services are implemented today.

With downright new wave, hypervisor solutions from companies like VMWare and Citrix, the landscape of servers and the way they are designed to serve us has been completely transformed.

Intel Prices Ultrabook BOM

The brief word on the street was that ODMs/OEMs were having trouble making Ultrabooks (essentially laptops with a form like a MacBook Air) for under $1,000. Then a report popped up of Acer’s offering that should creep in at $768 to $960, helping to put to rest the fears of a ballooned budget.

According to Digitimes, Intel has put together a reference design and bill of materials that range from $475 to $710. Mind you, that’s the just the material cost, so the final product will definitely reflect further value-added cost on top.

The Taiwanese publication details that the 0.8-inch (21 mm) notebooks have a BOM of $475 to $650 and the 0.7-inch (18 mm) design has one $493 to $710.

It looks like a sub-$1000 Ultrabook will be real after all, though it still remains to be seen how much you will have to pay to get the configuration you desire

A new all-in-one desktop has been unveiled this morning. Acer’s Aspire Z5761 already looks lovely on the outside, so let’s see what it has to offer on the inside.

With a variety of second-generation Intel Core processors to choose from, the Aspire Z5761 sports a 23-inch touch screen that brings along some special software: Acer TouchPortal. This suite of applications optimized for this computer include a touch-friendly web browser, a photo and video manager with sharing capabilities and links, and a program called TouchCam that allows users to add fun effects while chatting and sharing on YouTube, among other features.

If you couldn’t tell already, this is definitely an entertainment machine good for the home. Certainly, it could be used for a home or small office, but it also comes with Clear.fi, which is specifically for sharing media with other Acer devices on the same network.
